Rebates

We offer rebates based on the below, please check with us before hand if you have any questions.

  • Medicare Better Access provides $96.65 rebate using Mental Health Care Plans (MHCP)
  • Contact your private health insurance provider to find out if you are covered for rebates for psychological consultations

Please Note

Medicare does not permit the use of the Mental Health Care Plan (MHCP) for rebates for ADHD and/or Autism and Cognitive and Personality Disorders diagnostic assessments as they are not listed as part of the Better Access Initiative, which is treatment-focused.

Please check with your Private Health Fund if they provide rebates for psychological assessments and consultations.

A diagnostic report may not be sufficient for NDIS funding. The NDIS determines eligibility based on an individual's 'level of functioning' and other factors. You may also need an additional assessment and report from other practitioners to strengthen your application.
